Our client was hurt in a head-on collision by a driver who suffered from several medical issues, all of which should have prevented him from driving on the roadways of Georgia. However, the defendant ignored Doctor's orders and ran a red light causing our client's injuries. Defense denied that our client was seriously hurt.
